- • Effectively translate strategic decisions from leadership into clear, actionable workstreams with defined objectives and timelines.
- • Foster strong cross-functional alignment, ensuring clear communication, accountability, and diligent follow-through on all revenue-impacting initiatives.
- • **Revenue Planning & Performance Infrastructure:**
- • Provide crucial support for quota modeling, annual revenue planning, and in-year revenue forecasting processes.
- • Partner effectively with Finance and Analytics teams to conduct rigorous forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reviews.
- • Validate the accuracy and operational integrity of commission structures and calculations.
- • Proactively identify potential risks, performance gaps, and emerging opportunities within the revenue generation landscape.
- • **Data, Systems & Automation:**
- • Drive initiatives to enhance the quality, integrity, and governance of data within our CRM system.
- • Collaborate with the Systems team to implement improvements in data enrichment, deduplication processes, and overall tooling effectiveness.
- • Identify and champion high-leverage opportunities for the strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across various GTM workflows.
- • Rigorously measure the impact of implemented programs and continuously iterate to optimize operational effectiveness and drive further improvements.
- • **Operating Environment:**
- • This role demands a balance between structured program ownership and the agility required to respond to fast-moving business needs.
- • You will be expected to respond to high-priority analytical requests with clear, data-backed recommendations.
- • The ability to seamlessly shift focus between long-term strategic initiatives and immediate, revenue-impacting tasks is essential.
- • You will be responsible for bringing structure and clarity to ambiguous requests and complex challenges.
- • Effective management of multiple, concurrent workstreams is a key requirement for success.
- • Success in this dynamic role hinges on demonstrating strong business judgment, a high degree of independence, and a disciplined, results-oriented approach to execution.
