- • The Revenue Systems Manager is a high-impact individual contributor responsible for the architectural integrity, scalability, and strategic evolution of Salesforce and the broader GTM tech stack at Perk.com Inc., a global leader in travel and spend management serving over 10,000 companies worldwide.
- • Day to day, the role involves contributing to the technical design and roadmap for Salesforce and integrated GTM tools, architecting scalable automations and data models, owning the DevOps lifecycle including sandbox management and CI/CD, acting as Tier 3 escalation for complex technical issues, defining KPIs for system health, and partnering with Sales, Marketing, and CS leadership to translate business goals into technical requirements while mentoring junior team members.
