Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Customer Success stakeholders to identify inefficiencies in revenue processes and translate business challenges into clear, actionable system improvements within Salesforce and the broader go-to-market (GTM) stack.
- • Design, build, and implement scalable solutions across Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools including enrichment platforms, sales intelligence systems, meeting intelligence tools, and automation platforms to streamline lead routing, pipeline management, CPQ, and customer lifecycle workflows.
- • Own end-to-end delivery of technology initiatives—from problem definition and solution design through implementation, testing, rollout, and user adoption—ensuring solutions are intuitive, well-integrated, and consistently used by revenue teams.
- • Improve data quality and integrity within Salesforce and connected systems to enable reliable reporting and fact-based decision-making across revenue functions.
- • Leverage AI tools such as Langdock and Claude Code to automate repetitive tasks, enhance workflow efficiency, and embed intelligent capabilities into revenue processes where they deliver measurable value.
- • Utilize Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein features and AI-driven automation to improve lead scoring, opportunity insights, and sales activity summarization.
- • Apply practical AI use cases in revenue workflows, such as data enrichment, automated email drafting, opportunity prioritization, and customer interaction analysis, to reduce manual effort and increase team productivity.
- • Collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to communicate solution benefits, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic revenue goals.
- • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement in the GTM tech stack beyond Salesforce, including tools like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vinton, or similar platforms, and recommend integrations or optimizations.
- • Prioritize work based on impact over activity, focusing on initiatives that directly enhance revenue outcomes, reduce operational friction, and increase team efficiency.
- • Ensure all implemented solutions are scalable, maintainable, and adopted by end users, with clear documentation and training support to sustain long-term success.
- • Monitor system performance and user feedback post-implementation to iterate on solutions and continuously improve the revenue technology ecosystem.
- • Advocate for simplicity and usability in tool design, minimizing complexity while maximizing functionality across the revenue technology stack.
- • Align technology enhancements with Statista’s broader mission of empowering decisions with reliable data by ensuring revenue systems are built on clean, trustworthy, and accessible information.
- • Balance speed and scalability in solution delivery, selecting the right approach for immediate needs without compromising future growth or system integrity.
🎯 Requirements

- • Familiarity with GTM tools such as Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Vinton, or similar enrichment and meeting intelligence platforms
- • Proven ability to translate business goals into technical solutions that drive revenue outcomes
- • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Langdock, Claude Code) to improve personal workflow and embed AI into revenue processes
🏖️ Benefits
