- • As a RevOps Architect at Nimbly, Inc., you will lead strategy and solution design across the sales engagement tech stack, acting as the connective tissue between tools, data, and process to help high-growth companies drive more revenue through frictionless, human buying experiences.
- • Day to day, you will own solution design for complex projects involving Gong and related tools (SFDC, HubSpot, Clay), collaborate on discovery with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams, define evolving best practices around AI-powered automation, lead integrations between Gong and platforms like Salesforce, Slack, HubSpot, Clay, Snowflake, or data warehouses, stay ahead of Gong features and sales tech trends, and provide coaching and mentoring to level up the team.
- • You will join a fully remote, growth-minded team at Nimbly, Inc. that aims to be a global thought leader in RevOps by delivering innovative work that creates efficient, revenue-driving operations for clients across the U.S. and LATAM.
- • In this role, you will gain exposure to high-growth companies scaling their revenue operations, develop deep expertise in sales tech ecosystems, influence strategic architecture decisions, and advance your career through mentorship, annual offsites, and dedicated professional development paths.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Systems roles with experience owning architecture in sales tech ecosystems
- • Deep understanding of Gong, Outreach, or Salesloft including implementation, enablement, and data workflows
- • Proven ability to lead discovery, scope projects, and build consensus with senior stakeholders
- • Strong technical chops in Salesforce architecture, reporting strategy, and integration management
- • Strong in lean and agile development
- • Bonus: Certified Salesforce Application Architect or Systems Architect, or actively pursuing certification
