  • • As a RevOps Consultant at Nimbly, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in helping high-growth companies optimize their marketing and revenue operations by designing scalable solutions across marketing automation and CRM platforms, directly impacting their ability to generate, nurture, and convert leads efficiently.
  • • You will guide clients through strategic decision-making by presenting options, identifying trade-offs, and recommending best-in-class marketing operations solutions that align with their revenue goals and operational maturity.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include documenting business requirements, mapping campaign workflows and lead lifecycle processes, and building, testing, and optimizing solutions for campaign execution, lead routing, scoring, nurturing, attribution, and marketing-to-sales handoff using platforms like Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, and Pardot.
  • • You will actively track project progress, maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients, and ensure transparency throughout engagements by updating stakeholders on milestones, risks, and deliverables.
  • • Beyond client delivery, you will contribute to Go Nimbly’s internal knowledge base by documenting learnings, leading training sessions, and collaborating with teammates to refine methodologies and elevate team expertise.
  • • You will build trusted, strategic relationships with clients by acting as a consultative partner who understands their business challenges and advocates for solutions that drive long-term operational efficiency and revenue growth.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4–6 years of experience in consulting, marketing operations, revenue operations, or go-to-market systems roles.
  • • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms including Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • • Strong understanding of core marketing operations concepts such as lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, lead scoring, routing, nurturing, attribution, and funnel reporting.
  • • Demonstrated ability to present complex ideas clearly and build trusted client relationships as a strategic advisor.
  • • High attention to detail, quality, and project management skills with a track record of delivering organized, timely work.
  • • Certification in Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or a related platform is preferred but not required.
