📋 Description
- • **Shape the Future of Revenue Operations at a Frontier AI Lab:** Modulate, Inc. is at the forefront of AI innovation, developing cutting-edge voice understanding models that enhance safety and responsibility in online communication. As demand for our proprietary technology surges, particularly within leading gaming platforms and Fortune 500 companies, we are experiencing rapid growth. To fuel this expansion and accelerate our go-to-market strategy, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Operations Manager. This pivotal role is designed to architect and scale the critical systems, processes, and data infrastructure that underpin predictable, high-quality revenue generation. Reporting directly to the Director of BizOps & Strategy, you will operate at the nexus of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy, wielding significant influence over forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and overall revenue performance. If you are passionate about transforming complex challenges into clear, actionable strategies and building robust operational engines that drive scalable growth, this is your unparalleled opportunity to define and refine how Modulate achieves its revenue objectives.
- • **Drive Data-Driven Decision-Making and Leadership Confidence:** A core aspect of your role will be to empower Modulate's leadership and go-to-market (GTM) teams with the insights needed for confident, data-informed strategic decisions. You will be instrumental in enhancing the accuracy of revenue forecasts, providing crystal-clear visibility into the sales pipeline, and refining key performance metrics. This will enable executives and GTM leaders to plan, prioritize initiatives, and allocate resources with enhanced precision and strategic clarity, ensuring alignment with Modulate's ambitious growth targets.
- • **Amplify Revenue Team Productivity and Strategic Focus:** By meticulously designing and implementing scalable processes and leveraging intelligent automation, you will actively work to reduce operational friction and minimize manual, time-consuming tasks. This will free up valuable time for our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, allowing them to dedicate their energy and expertise to core activities such as acquiring new customers, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving expansion opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to a more efficient and effective GTM organization.
- • **Transform Data into Strategic Competitive Advantage:** You will be responsible for consolidating fragmented data sources into a unified, reliable source of truth. By analyzing this comprehensive data, you will surface critical insights that can be translated into actionable strategies to improve conversion rates across the funnel, accelerate deal velocity, and strengthen customer retention. This data-centric approach will be a key differentiator in Modulate's market approach.
- • **Build the Operational Foundation for Sustainable, Scalable Growth:** As Modulate continues its rapid ascent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our underlying systems, governance frameworks, and operational rigor evolve in lockstep with our expansion. Your work will establish a foundation for predictable performance, enhance transparency across GTM functions, and build long-term revenue resilience, ensuring Modulate is well-equipped for sustained success.
- • **Key Responsibilities and Impact Areas:**
- • **Drive Revenue Engine Excellence:** Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to design, implement, and continuously optimize scalable, end-to-end processes. This includes refining lead management workflows, streamlining opportunity progression, enhancing forecasting methodologies, and ensuring seamless cross-functional handoffs between teams.
- • **Construct the Data Backbone for Growth:** Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards, robust reporting frameworks, and sophisticated forecasting models. These tools will provide clear, real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, customer retention metrics, and overall revenue performance, facilitating faster and more confident decision-making.
- • **Architect Automation and AI Leverage:** Proactively identify opportunities to implement automation solutions across the GTM technology stack. The goal is to reduce manual effort, improve data integrity, enhance the accuracy of our CRM, and ultimately boost seller productivity and effectiveness.
- • **Translate Insights into Measurable Action:** Conduct thorough analyses to diagnose inefficiencies within the GTM funnel. Design and execute tests for process improvements and introduce system-level enhancements that demonstrably improve conversion rates, accelerate deal cycles, and reinforce operational rigor.
- • **Own and Optimize the Revenue Systems Ecosystem:** Take ownership of the HubSpot CRM and the broader GTM technology stack. Lead optimization efforts, establish clear governance policies, and ensure data accuracy, high user adoption rates, and long-term scalability of these critical systems.
- • **Empower GTM Teams:** Act as a trusted operational partner and subject matter expert for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. Equip them with the necessary tools, comprehensive training, and operational clarity required to execute their roles effectively and achieve their targets.
