  • • As a Solution Engineer (SE) at Condor, you will play a pivotal role in a quota-carrying, pre-sales capacity. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives, leveraging your expertise to drive revenue by conducting in-depth discovery, crafting tailored solution demonstrations, and designing effective solution architectures. Your primary objective will be to help biopharma finance and clinical teams grasp the transformative power of Condor in automating clinical trial finance, enhancing forecasting and accrual accuracy, and establishing audit-ready operations as organizations scale towards late-stage development and commercialization.
  • • This role demands a strategic thinker who can translate complex customer workflows, identify critical pain points, and articulate how Condor addresses specific success criteria. You will be responsible for leading and supporting deep-dive discovery sessions with key stakeholders across finance, FP&A, accounting, and clinical operations departments. Your ability to understand their unique challenges and map them to Condor's capabilities will be paramount.
  • • You will deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations that resonate with various customer maturity levels and buyer personas, including CFOs, Controllers, FP&A managers, and Clinical Operations leaders. This requires a nuanced understanding of their respective priorities and decision-making processes. Furthermore, you will be instrumental in supporting pilot programs, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and technical validation stages throughout the sales cycle, ensuring prospects have a clear understanding of Condor's value proposition.
  • • Collaboration is key. You will work hand-in-hand with Account Executives on deal strategy, rigorous qualification processes, and developing technical win plans. Your contributions will directly impact deal progression, win rates, and overall close velocity. You will also be responsible for supporting expansion opportunities within existing accounts by showcasing the value of additional Condor modules and use cases.
  • • A significant part of your role will involve responding to technical, security, and compliance-related inquiries, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs), SOC documentation, and audit readiness assessments. This requires a solid understanding of enterprise software security and compliance standards.
  • • You will act as a crucial bridge between the customer and our internal teams. By collaborating closely with Customer Success, you will ensure seamless handoffs post-sale and facilitate early value realization for our clients. Simultaneously, you will be a vital conduit for customer feedback, surfacing recurring requirements, objections, and insights to the Product and Engineering teams, thereby directly influencing the product roadmap and ensuring Condor remains at the forefront of industry innovation.
  • • As the Go-To-Market (GTM) team scales, you will also contribute to the development and refinement of our demo environments, discovery frameworks, and solution playbooks, helping to standardize and elevate our sales processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience as a Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant.
  • • Proven experience within the biopharma, life sciences, CRO, or healthcare SaaS sectors.
  • • Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying or revenue-influencing pre-sales role.
  • • Strong ability to conduct in-depth discovery and deliver executive-level product demonstrations.
  • • Experience supporting complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise SaaS sales cycles.
