- • As Revenue Operations Manager, EMEA, you will design and implement the operational infrastructure supporting Elliptic’s growing sales and customer success teams, turning data into clarity, processes into efficiency, and tools into productivity.
- • You will partner closely with the Head of Sales, EMEA, and colleagues in APAC to build and refine the operating rhythm across revenue teams, using tools such as HubSpot to craft a scalable sales operating system that improves visibility, increases efficiency, and frees commercial teams to focus on growth.
- • You will work within a fast-growing, global technology company focused on blockchain analytics and compliance, where your work will be foundational to the next phase of expansion, ensuring the revenue engine runs with predictability, transparency, and efficiency across geographies and functions.
- • You will gain deep expertise in revenue operations, CRM optimization, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment, while developing leadership in operational excellence and data-driven decision-making within a high-impact, hybrid work environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Analytics, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology environment
- • Hands-on experience managing CRM systems, with HubSpot experience required
- • Proven track record supporting pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting for sales teams
- • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of end-to-end revenue processes
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams
