  • • As a RevOps Solutions Architect at Go Nimbly, you will play a pivotal role in helping high-growth companies transform their revenue operations by designing and implementing scalable marketing automation and sales enablement solutions that drive measurable revenue impact and operational efficiency.
  • • You will partner with clients and internal teams to architect end-to-end lead lifecycle and campaign operations across Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce, ensuring seamless marketing-to-sales handoff and data-driven decision-making.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with clients in project discovery phases to define technical architecture and approach, designing scalable solutions for lead scoring, nurturing, attribution modeling, and campaign performance measurement, and implementing these systems to optimize funnel efficiency and revenue predictability.
  • • You will present complex technical solutions to client stakeholders in clear, compelling ways that build trust and secure buy-in for best practices, while also coaching and mentoring team members on marketing automation tools, funnel design, and data-driven campaign operations.
  • • You will stay ahead of marketing technology trends and releases, actively shaping Go Nimbly’s point of view on how emerging platforms and updates impact RevOps strategies and client roadmaps, and defining internal standards for marketing operations integration and future-proofing.
  • • You will work within a dynamic, remote-first team of RevOps Consultants, Program Managers, and Analysts who are committed to innovation, customer success, and operational excellence, contributing to a culture that values growth mindset, urgency, and collaboration.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise marketing automation platforms, gain exposure to diverse high-growth B2B and B2C clients across industries, and develop strategic consulting skills that position you for leadership roles in RevOps, marketing technology, or revenue operations architecture.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Systems Architecture with deep expertise in Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
  • • Proven ability to design scalable, automated solutions for campaign operations, lead lifecycle, funnel performance, and marketing-to-sales alignment.
  • • Strong architecture and technical design skills with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
  • • Bonus: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Application Architect) or marketing automation certifications (Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Solutions Architect).
