You will be an integral part of our high-performing Compensation & Benefits team, partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and business leaders across Agoda to attract and retain top talent.
  • • As a Rewards Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evolving comprehensive compensation frameworks that align with Agoda's business objectives and global growth. This includes developing and refining pay-for-performance models, managing compensation budgeting processes, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our annual compensation review cycles. Your expertise will be crucial in communicating reward strategies effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • • A key responsibility will be the development and enhancement of our job architecture framework. You will ensure consistency, fairness, and clarity in job leveling and evaluation, providing a solid foundation for career progression and equitable compensation practices across the organization. This involves deep analytical work to structure roles and responsibilities in a way that supports both employee development and business needs.
  • • You will act as a strategic business partner, collaborating closely with business leaders and other stakeholders to identify and address complex rewards-related challenges. Your role will involve providing innovative, practical, and data-driven solutions that support Agoda's talent strategy. This requires a proactive approach to understanding business needs and translating them into effective rewards programs.
  • • Presenting clear, actionable insights and recommendations to leadership will be a critical aspect of this role. You will be expected to develop well-structured presentations and reports that effectively communicate findings from compensation analyses, benchmarking studies, and program evaluations. Your ability to influence decision-making through compelling data storytelling will be highly valued.
  • • Conduct thorough compensation benchmarking analysis to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive, fair, and effective in the global market. This involves leveraging market data, understanding industry trends, and making informed recommendations to maintain Agoda's position as an employer of choice.
  • • You will also manage and provide insights into personnel costs, aligning compensation strategies with financial planning and budgeting processes. 🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in compensation, job architecture, or a closely related HR field.
  • • Proven, deep analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage in strategic discussions and build relationships with senior management and business leaders.
  • • Experience with job architecture, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation benchmarking is highly desirable.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.
  • • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
