- • As an RFP Specialist at Brown & Brown Insurance, you will lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and governance of complex, high-volume broker and consultant requests for proposals, translating buyer priorities and competitive intelligence into compelling, customer-focused responses that drive win rates and revenue growth.
- • You will orchestrate cross-functional collaboration with subject matter specialists, platform success, marketing, legal, and risk management teams to ensure proposals are strategically aligned, compliant, differentiated, and delivered with operational excellence using the Loopio platform.

- • In this role, you will develop expertise in proposal strategy, data integration, and stakeholder coordination while contributing to continuous improvement of the proposal content library and processes, directly impacting organizational win rates and client-focused messaging.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- • 5+ years of experience in RFP management, proposal strategy, or related field
- • Advanced ability to structure and map RFPs in Loopio
- • Exceptional writing and editing skills for persuasive proposals
- • Competence analyzing benchmarking, claims, financial, and operational data
- • Proficiency with Loopio, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and structured intake tools
