📋 Description
- • The Risk Advisor role at Relation Insurance Services, Inc. is responsible for driving new insurance account production and sales activities, focusing on Employee Benefits coverage, while maintaining and growing a profitable book of business for existing clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include achieving annual revenue targets through consultative sales, developing and executing individual sales plans, building a qualified prospect pipeline, documenting business activities in company systems, presenting client recommendations based on risk assessments, and transitioning sold clients to service teams while maintaining strategic relationships with key decision makers.

🎯 Requirements
- • Life and Health License from state of domicile (required and must be maintained)
- • Minimum of 2+ years sales experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Employee Benefits coverage
- • College degree preferred, with preference for Risk Management experience
- • In-depth understanding of complex employee benefits lines of coverage
- • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and computer literacy
- • Valid driver’s license, ability to travel to client sites, and reliable transportation
