📋 Description

• As an RV Station Specialist at roadsurfer GmbH, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by ensuring every campervan is clean, safe, and ready for adventure, directly contributing to the company’s mission of building a sustainable outdoor travel ecosystem and creating unforgettable journeys for guests.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading exterior and interior cleaning of campers to ensure they shine and are fully operational; conducting vehicle inspections to identify and report safety or mechanical issues; safely operating and maneuvering company vehicles within the station lot for parking, staging, and repositioning; warmly welcoming customers during pickup and drop-off, explaining features, and creating memorable handover experiences; managing payment processing, including rental check-ins and security deposit collection; supporting the station team with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow; collaborating closely with the Station Manager on daily operations and customer satisfaction initiatives; and demonstrating a self-starter, brutally hands-on attitude to resolve issues promptly and maintain high standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Valid state driver’s license and being at least 21 years of age to operate company vehicles, with a clean motor vehicle record and successful background check required.
• Proven experience in delivering world-class customer service, with strong written and verbal English communication skills to interact effectively with a global customer base.
• Authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship, plus open availability to work weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• Ability to lift and move at least 45 lbs, comfort working mostly outdoors in varying weather conditions, and a brutally hands-on, self-starter mindset to tackle tasks without hesitation.
