  • • Lead and scale the Enterprise Sales team in NYC as a Regional Vice President, driving revenue growth and building a high-performance sales culture in a fast-moving, high-growth cybersecurity AI company.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading, coaching, and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives; driving regional revenue attainment and pipeline generation; building and executing strategic territory and account plans; partnering with Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership; establishing operational rigor in forecasting and pipeline management; recruiting, onboarding, and retaining top sales talent; developing executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers; and providing accurate forecasting and business insights to senior leadership.
  • • 7AI is at the forefront of applying AI to cybersecurity, using swarming AI agents to help defenders offload non-human work, shift focus to strategic outcomes, and combat the rising volume and sophistication of AI-powered attacks from nation-state to commodity levels.
  • • In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and scale a critical sales function in a high-impact, mission-driven company, develop leadership expertise in enterprise cybersecurity sales, drive significant revenue growth, and build a world-class sales team that delivers measurable security outcomes for customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of enterprise sales management experience in the cybersecurity space
  • • Experience leading and scaling teams of 8+ quota-carrying enterprise sellers
  • • Proven track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in enterprise or strategic sales environments
  • • Strong executive presence with experience selling into complex enterprise organizations
  • • Demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing sales teams
