- • The Regional Vice President (RVP), External Wholesaler for the Pacific Northwest drives sales growth of Delaware Life annuity products and services, supporting strategic sales initiatives and collaborating with the National Sales Consulting team to develop field plans that contribute to revenue expansion in the Seattle, WA and Portland, OR territory.
- • Day to day, the RVP will drive territory business strategy, record prospect/client meetings and pipeline activities in CRM, build and execute annual sales plans, conduct in-depth sales presentations and seminars, manage lead development and follow-up, collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams, maintain advisor relationships, and ensure accurate forecasting and expense management while adhering to company policies.

🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of wholesaling experience with proven annuity sales results in bank and/or broker-dealer channels
- • Bachelor’s degree required
- • FINRA Series 6 or 7, 63 and Life Insurance licenses required
- • Strong relationships with key bank and independent broker-dealer advisors and firms in the defined territory
- • CRM: SalesForce or other CRM proficiency
- • Valid Driver’s license and willingness to travel 50%
