  • • As RVP Sales (d/f/m) - Sports EMEA, you will lead and scale the sales strategy for vivenu’s ticketing platform across the Sports vertical in Europe, Middle East, and Africa, driving revenue growth by securing enterprise clients in high-profile sports organizations and venues.
  • • Day to day, you will develop and execute regional sales plans, manage a team of Account Executives, build relationships with C-level stakeholders at major sports entities, negotiate complex enterprise deals, forecast performance, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align solutions with client needs.
  • • You will join a fast-growing, innovative live entertainment tech company with global presence, backed by $65M+ funding, serving prestigious clients like the Grammys, Golden Globes, Stanford University, and Hockenheimring, with a mission to transform ticketing into a strategic advantage through technology.
  • • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales within the sports and live events industry, refine leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, and have the opportunity to shape the go-to-market strategy for a rapidly scaling tech leader in EMEA.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, preferably in ticketing, sports, or live entertainment technology
  • • Experience leading and motivating sales teams to exceed targets in complex, long-cycle deals
  • • Strong network and existing relationships with C-level executives in sports organizations, leagues, or venues across EMEA
  • • Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder sales processes and negotiate high-value contracts
  • • Fluency in English; German or other European languages are a plus
  • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
