• • As the RVP Sales EMEA for Mirakl Ads, you will lead and grow the sales organization across Europe, Middle East, and Africa, driving revenue expansion for a cutting-edge retail media platform that enables retailers to monetize their digital properties through targeted advertising. This role is critical to scaling Mirakl Ads’ market presence and establishing it as the go-to solution for brands seeking performance-driven ad inventory in the rapidly evolving eCommerce landscape.
• • You will build, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team of Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Solution Engineers; define and execute a localized go-to-market strategy aligned with global objectives; establish relationships with VP, EVP, and C-suite decision-makers to position Mirakl Ads as the preferred retail media solution; mentor and develop your team through coaching, recruiting, and training; and develop strategic partnerships to increase visibility in the eCommerce and retail media sectors.
• • You will join the EMEA Mirakl Ads team led by Octavie Gosselin, VP Mirakl Ads, which includes 8 talented professionals across sales and technical roles. Mirakl is a global leader in marketplace innovation with dual headquarters in Boston and Paris, serving 450+ marketplaces and over 100k third-party sellers worldwide. The company empowers brands like Macy’s, Decathlon, Carrefour, Asos, and Airbus Helicopters to grow through its integrated operating system comprising Mirakl Platform, Mirakl Connect, Mirakl Ads, and Mirakl Nexus.
