  • • As a SaaS Sales Specialist at Commvault Systems, Inc., you will be instrumental in driving the adoption and revenue growth of our cutting-edge cloud SaaS solutions within a defined territory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a dynamic, overlay field sales role, strategically positioned to support Enterprise and Commercial Segment Account Executives. Your primary focus will be on engaging with both existing Commvault customers and new prospects, acting as a subject matter expert for our SaaS offerings.
  • • You will collaborate closely with multiple Sales Leaders, including AVPs and Sales Directors, supporting their teams by leading specific, critical stages of the sales process. This includes conducting compelling product demonstrations, managing Proofs of Concept (POCs), articulating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) advantages, and developing robust financial and strategic value propositions tailored to each client's unique environment and business objectives.
  • • A key aspect of your role will be to deeply understand the end-user's current IT environment, identify their pressing challenges and strategic goals, and then expertly align Commvault's SaaS solutions to address these needs effectively. This requires a consultative approach, moving beyond product features to demonstrate tangible business outcomes and return on investment.
  • • You will be responsible for qualifying leads specifically related to our SaaS services, working hand-in-hand with field sellers to nurture and develop business opportunities. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving quarterly and annual revenue quotas, making you a vital contributor to the sales organization's success.
  • • Maintaining a high cadence of face-to-face and/or virtual interactions with customers, prospects, and partners is essential. These engagements will be guided by the priorities set by the Sales Leaders, ensuring your efforts are focused on the most impactful opportunities.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor, fostering strategic working relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations. This involves maintaining a high level of contact, understanding their evolving needs, and proactively positioning Commvault as their long-term partner for cyber resilience and data management.
  • • Preparing and delivering impactful sales proposals and presentations will be a core responsibility. These materials must clearly articulate quantifiable business cases, strategic advantages, and technical value propositions that resonate with diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
  • • You will play a crucial role in the negotiation and closing of deals, adhering strictly to Commvault's established practices and processes. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and drive them to a successful conclusion will be highly valued.
  • • Effective utilization of internal sales tools and processes is expected to streamline the sales cycle and drive opportunities to closure efficiently. This includes leveraging CRM systems, sales enablement platforms, and other resources to manage your pipeline and activities.
  • • Planning, attending, and coordinating executive briefings will be part of your remit, providing senior-level customers with strategic insights and high-level engagement opportunities with Commvault leadership.
  • • Continuous learning and development are critical. You must maintain a high level of knowledge regarding industry trends, Commvault's SaaS portfolio, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within data management, cyber resilience, and cloud services.
  • • You will take ownership of the specific SaaS sales goals for your assigned territory. This includes accurately forecasting business performance, holding yourself accountable to commitments, and providing regular reporting on pipeline status, deal progression, and forecast accuracy.
  • • As the owner of your business within the territory, you will ensure end-to-end management of identified SaaS services. This encompasses all sales activities, forecasting, strategic planning, performance reporting, and conducting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with both internal stakeholders and key customers.
  • • You will also be expected to coach and share best practices with the broader sales and go-to-market (GTM) organization, contributing to the overall enablement and success of the team.
  • • This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and its unique business dynamics. Your ability to build rapport, influence decision-makers, and navigate complex sales environments will be key to your success.

🎯 Requirements
