📋 Description

• As a Safety Lead at Pixaera Inc., you will serve as the embedded safety expert within the design team, playing a critical role in shaping the safety readiness of frontline workers through immersive, gamified learning experiences. Your work directly contributes to reducing risk in high-risk industries by ensuring that safety content is accurate, realistic, and behaviorally effective.
• Day to day, you will own the end-to-end development of safety-focused learning content—from concept to delivery—collaborating with designers and content creators to build engaging training modules. You will act as the primary safety subject matter expert, reviewing content for alignment with industry best practices, providing practical risk-based guidance, mentoring designers, and representing Pixaera in customer-facing discussions with HSE leaders and stakeholders.
• Pixaera is a mission-driven team leveraging AI and gamification to build a vertical safety platform for frontline workers in high-risk industries. 🎯 Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma, CMIOSH status, or equivalent Chartered-level safety qualification
• Experience translating safety knowledge into learning content, training programs, or educational materials
• Demonstrable examples of safety content created (not just delivered)
• Practical experience assessing risk, investigating incidents, or supporting safety programs in operational environments
• Ability to communicate credibly with frontline practitioners and senior HSE stakeholders
• Comfort operating independently and taking ownership of outcomes in a fast-moving, collaborative environment
