We are seeking a dedicated Safety Solutions Associate to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in translating AI-driven insights into tangible safety improvements for our clients.
• • As a Safety Solutions Associate, you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between advanced technological insights and practical, on-the-ground safety actions. You will work directly with frontline safety and operations leaders, empowering them to understand and act upon the data generated by Voxel's platform. Your primary focus will be to help customers identify the root causes of workplace risks, enhance their existing safety programs, and facilitate a critical shift from a reactive approach to incident management to a proactive strategy focused on preventing incidents before they occur.
• • This role is central to achieving measurable safety outcomes for our diverse customer base, which includes Fortune 500 companies across sectors such as major grocers and retailers, manufacturers, food and beverage warehousing, and supply chain and logistics providers. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering, ensuring that our platform not only meets but exceeds customer expectations by delivering real-world impact and demonstrable improvements in safety performance.
• • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad range of activities designed to maximize customer value and safety impact. You will partner directly with customer safety and operations leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to interpret complex Voxel insights and translate them into actionable, practical risk-reduction strategies tailored to their specific environments. This involves deep dives into their operational workflows and safety protocols.
• • You will play a key role in the onboarding and implementation process, guiding customers to seamlessly integrate Voxel's technology into their existing safety workflows. This ensures a smooth transition and maximizes the immediate benefits derived from the platform. Furthermore, you will be tasked with analyzing safety event data and identifying critical trends. This analytical work is crucial for pinpointing underlying root causes of incidents and uncovering opportunities for significant operational improvements that enhance safety.
• • Delivering effective training sessions and developing comprehensive enablement materials will be another core aspect of your role. These resources will empower customers to utilize the Voxel platform to its fullest potential, fostering a culture of data-driven safety management. Your insights will be invaluable to our internal teams; you will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to relay customer feedback, highlight pain points, and inform future roadmap priorities, ensuring our technology evolves to meet real-world needs.
