- • As a Sage Intacct Solution Architect and Associate Director, you will serve as a trusted client advisor and technical leader in CrossCountry Consulting’s Technology Enablement practice, driving the design and delivery of integrated ERP solutions that enable operational excellence and scalable finance operations for clients ranging from high-growth startups to global enterprises.
- • You will lead end-to-end delivery of Sage Intacct engagements, including scoping, milestone planning, resource and budget management, risk mitigation, and status reporting, while owning solution architecture across current- vs. future-state design, integration patterns, and data conversion strategy to ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.
- • You will support sales enablement by collaborating on solution capabilities, developing proposals, addressing objections, negotiating contracts, and building business cases for ERP solutions at executive and board levels, while expanding transformation opportunities by aligning Sage Intacct with other firm offerings.
- • You will mentor and develop junior team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, contribute to AI-enabled solutions in compliance with firm policies, and participate in marketing and growth initiatives such as webinars and industry events to expand market presence.
- • You will bring deep expertise in core finance processes (Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Financial Close) and Sage Intacct integrations with CRM, billing/revenue, FP&A, payroll, banking, and reporting platforms, leveraging 10+ years of finance/accounting and ERP consulting experience to guide clients through complex technical and functional challenges.
🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance/accounting and ERP consulting with proven success in ERP solution design, architecture, and end-to-end implementation
- • Hands-on Sage Intacct experience, including Core and Advanced functionality (Contracts, Global Consolidation & Advanced Ownership, Inventory, Platform Services, Sage AI, etc.)
- • Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification required
- • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems (MBA a plus)
- • Proven project management experience leading complex, multi-workstream Sage Intacct engagements, including scoping, milestone planning, resource and budget management, risk mitigation, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
- • Experience serving nonprofit, financial services (including family asset management and family offices), private equity backed, and/or software & technology clients preferred
