- • This is an apprenticeship opportunity in Sales Academia Life Sciences at Sartorius AG, designed for Life Sciences students seeking hands-on experience in sales and marketing within a global biotechnology leader. The role supports the Business Development department from a home office in Belgium or France, allowing apprentices to gain professional work experience while continuing their academic studies, bridging classroom knowledge with real-world industry application.
- • As an apprentice, you will take your first steps toward a potential future career in Sales & Marketing at Sartorius by identifying targets and generating leads for analytical and bioprocess equipment used in scientific research, process development, and production. You will work independently and self-organized within academic environments, research institutes, and start-ups in your geographical area, leveraging innovative networking tools and receiving product training to effectively engage with potential clients.
- • You will be part of a dynamic global team at Sartorius, a company whose technologies contribute to translating scientific discoveries into real-world medicine faster, helping advance treatments for cancer, dementia, and other diseases. 🎯 Requirements
- • Currently enrolled as a Bachelor, Master, or PhD student in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a closely related field
- • Very good written and oral English communication skills
- • French language proficiency is considered beneficial for engaging with regional academic and research networks
- • High level of self-confidence, strong communication abilities, and a networking-oriented, persuasive personality
- • Ability to work independently, self-driven, and with a high level of self-motivation
- • Basic presentation and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential clients in academic and research settings
