  • • As a Sales Account Executive at ButterflyMX Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business accounts in the multifamily, commercial, and real estate technology sectors. Your work directly supports the company’s mission to empower people to manage building access via smartphone, contributing to improved tenant satisfaction and reduced operating costs for property owners and managers.
  • • Day to day, you will spend roughly 50% of your time prospecting and 50% cold calling, aiming to contact 40+ prospects daily including Regional Property Managers, Commercial Real Estate Developers, and high-density real estate IT Installers. You will build and maintain a robust sales pipeline independently, conduct product demos via Zoom, attend trade shows and conferences, and consistently provide accurate pipeline forecasting while closing deals within the 1-3 month sales cycle.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3+ years of in-office product sales experience (Software, SaaS, B2B, Cloud base services, etc.)
  • • Results-driven with a singular focus on sales outcomes (not activities)
  • • Collaborative, communicative, and excited to learn about the people who design, build, install, support, and use our products
  • • Driven to succeed and close clients
  • • Demonstrate a high level of accountability for your work and the work of your team
