  • • As a Sales Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving new business growth within our mid-market customer base. You will own a defined portfolio of accounts, meticulously managing opportunities from initial contact through to successful closure. This role demands a strategic approach, requiring you to develop and execute thoughtful account strategies, cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers across security, engineering, and executive leadership, and expertly guide prospective clients through complex security evaluations. Your success will be intrinsically linked to your ability to understand customer challenges and articulate how X-Bow's innovative platform provides tangible solutions to their most pressing security concerns.
  • • Collaboration is key to our success. You will work in close partnership with our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to develop qualified pipeline and with our Sales Engineering team to ensure effective deal execution. Our sales philosophy is rooted in a consultative, value-driven methodology. You will focus on understanding the unique risk, compliance, and business priorities of each customer, demonstrating how X-Bow's autonomous pentesting platform directly addresses these needs and delivers measurable business outcomes. This involves leading structured, consultative discovery conversations to deeply uncover customer pain points and strategic objectives. You will be responsible for presenting and demonstrating the capabilities of our AI-driven platform to a diverse range of stakeholders, from technical security and engineering teams to C-level executives.
  • • Effective opportunity management is crucial. You will meticulously manage opportunities through our defined sales process, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting. This requires a high degree of organization and discipline to manage multiple active opportunities simultaneously without compromising the quality of engagement. You will also play a vital role in navigating complex, multi-stakeholder evaluations, including rigorous security reviews and intricate procurement workflows. Your ability to build trust and rapport with various internal and external stakeholders will be paramount. Furthermore, you will be a critical conduit for market intelligence, sharing valuable customer feedback, competitive insights, and field learnings directly with our Product and Go-To-Market leadership teams. This feedback loop is essential for continuous product improvement and strategic GTM planning. Ultimately, your primary objective will be to consistently meet and exceed your quarterly and annual revenue targets, contributing directly to X-Bow's ambitious growth trajectory.
