- • As a Sales Account Manager for Auto Glass Now, you will develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts to drive business growth in the Inland Empire market.
- • You will serve accounts and visit clients throughout the Inland Empire, identify and develop new sales opportunities, create demand for products and services, and achieve revenue targets by increasing spend per account.
- • Auto Glass Now is the second largest auto glass repairer in America, part of Driven Brands Holdings Inc., and is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality auto glass repair, replacement, and calibration services.
- • In this role, you can achieve revenue targets, build strong client relationships, and grow your career within a company that promotes from within, with most managers starting as entry-level employees.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred)
- • 2+ years of B2B sales experience
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
- • Ability to prioritize time and resources to achieve metrics and complete tasks
- • 1+ years of auto glass or collision experience (added advantage)
- • Experience working with insurance carriers (added advantage)
