- ⢠Join our Movement and Champion Restaurant Culture! As a Sales Account Manager Italy at TheFork, you will drive revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of restaurant partners across Italy, ensuring they achieve greater visibility, bookings, and profitability through TheForkās suite of digital solutions.
- ⢠Day to day, you will negotiate win-win agreements with restaurants, act as their primary point of contact via phone and email, support them with positioning, revenue management, and online marketing strategies, develop promotional campaigns with Marketing teams (including Festivals, YUMS, and SUPER YUMS), monitor compliance with quality policies, provide training on TheFork tools, and relay user feedback to improve product relevance ā all while tracking KPIs such as promotion uptake, YUMS program participation, festival engagement, and upsell performance on TheFork Manager.
