  • • The Sales Account Manager - SMB role is critical to driving revenue growth and expanding Fresha’s market presence in Southeast Asia by managing and nurturing relationships with small and medium-sized businesses in the beauty, wellness, and self-care sectors.
  • • Day to day, the role involves identifying and onboarding new SMB clients, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, maintaining and growing existing accounts, conducting product demonstrations, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer success and retention.
  • • The team operates within Fresha’s global Account Management function, reporting to the Head of Account Management South East Asia, and works across regions including Hong Kong and Ho Chi Minh City to support the company’s rapid expansion in APAC.
  • • In this role, the individual will develop advanced sales and negotiation skills, gain deep expertise in SaaS and fintech solutions for service-based businesses, build a strong professional network in the beauty and wellness industry, and have clear pathways for career progression into senior account management or leadership roles.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably within SaaS, technology, or the beauty/wellness industry.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • • Fluency in English; proficiency in Vietnamese or other regional languages is a plus.
  • • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement technologies.
