You will be instrumental in expanding Ultradent's market presence by cultivating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships, ensuring continued growth and success for both the company and your personal career.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong, loyal connections with key stakeholders in dental practices, including front office staff, hygienists, and dentists. This involves understanding their unique needs and challenges, and offering valuable insights and solutions that position Ultradent as an indispensable partner. This requires a confident and adaptable sales professional who can navigate diverse client personalities and business environments.
- • Exceptional organizational skills are paramount. You will be managing a territory, tracking leads, following up on opportunities, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and sales progress. The ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment is essential, as the dental industry is constantly evolving with new technologies and market trends.
- • Staying connected to new and innovative products is a key requirement. You must be committed to continuous learning about Ultradent's product line and the broader dental technology landscape to effectively communicate the benefits and competitive advantages to your clients.
