- • As a Sales Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless, organized, and timely execution of daily operational tasks for our dynamic sales team. Your primary focus will be on managing and triaging all incoming website and email requests, including demo and walkthrough requests, ensuring that every inquiry is handled efficiently and professionally. This role is crucial for maintaining the momentum of our sales pipeline and ensuring a positive experience for potential clients.
- • You will be instrumental in supporting various stages of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and cultivation efforts to conference outreach and the critical tasks involved in closing deals. Your contributions will directly impact the sales team's ability to focus on strategic selling by handling essential administrative and operational support.
- • A key responsibility will be the creation and maintenance of vital sales resources and templates. This includes developing and updating materials that the sales team uses to engage with prospects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and a professional presentation. You will also be responsible for meticulously maintaining and updating documentation, CRM records, and other internal systems, ensuring that our data is accurate and readily accessible for strategic decision-making.

You will be expected to align your working hours with US Eastern Standard Time (EST), typically from approximately 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 6:00 PM EST. This ensures seamless collaboration with our US-based teams and clients.
