- • Senior Key Account Manager for Convenience Retail (Circle K) within The Coca‑Cola Company’s Advanced Hydration division, responsible for driving strategic sales execution and financial objectives for hydration brands including BODYARMOR, Powerade, vitaminwater, and smartwater.
- • Day‑to‑day responsibilities include leading promotional planning using IRI/Nielsen data, owning P&L performance, analyzing account performance with syndicated and bottler reports, fostering bottler system relationships, presenting plans to senior leadership, and collaborating cross‑functionally to solve customer problems and align on commercial, marketing, and innovation strategies.
- • The Advanced Hydration division is a dynamic, entrepreneurial unit focused on leading innovation in hydration, emphasizing agility, collaboration, and challenging the status quo to shape the future of the category.
- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in national account management, syndicated data analysis, strategic planning, and cross‑functional leadership while contributing to the growth and profitability of key hydration brands in the convenience retail channel.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience required
- • 6+ years National Account calling on HQ experience required
- • Residence within the Charlotte NC area required (or within 50 miles)
- • Syndicated Data experience required
- • Strong analytical skills required
- • Must have excellent computer skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- • Excellent communication and presentation skills
- • Strong leadership and track record in Business Development
- • Creative thinker who can work independently
- • Excellent Team Management and Development Skills
- • 50% travel required by car and plane, including both local and neighboring geographic territories.
- • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to drive long distances
- • Motor Vehicle Records must satisfy Company standards per Driving Policy

- • Base pay range: $119,000 - $145,800
- • Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage: 15%
