- • As a Sales Affiliate Manager at LeadXPro AG, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s affiliate vertical by developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying new affiliate opportunities, cultivating relationships with partners, setting revenue targets and KPIs, providing tailored training, monitoring affiliate performance, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to support affiliate success.
- • You will join an elite, international team of media buyers specializing in ecommerce, leadgen, igaming, nutra, and dating, operating at the forefront of innovation in performance marketing within a dynamic and inclusive work environment.
- • In this role, you will develop expertise in affiliate program management, data-driven sales optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic partnership development, positioning yourself for rapid career growth within a scaling organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience of at least 3 years in affiliation, advertising, marketing, sales, or a similar field
- • In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing and customer acquisition strategies
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English at C1 level
- • Data analysis skills and proficiency in using performance monitoring and analysis tools
- • Experience negotiating and managing high-value partnerships with measurable success in sales-oriented affiliate programs
- • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and possession of an active VAT number
