  • • Own and architect the sales knowhow and materials for Omnea’s GTM team, ensuring critical information is concise, current, and easily accessible as the product and market evolve rapidly.
  • • Develop, run, and measure onboarding and upskilling programmes tailored to each GTM role, ensuring key skills are developed and impact is quantified through measurable outcomes.
  • • Build and prioritize the GTM AI roadmap, leveraging AI tools to enhance knowledge management, streamline enablement workflows, and drive productivity across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales leaders to ensure product functionality, marketing narratives, and company positioning are accurately reflected in sales enablement materials and training.
  • • Codify and disseminate best practices from top-performing team members to elevate overall team performance through structured, repeatable learning pathways.
  • • Maintain and optimize the digital ecosystem of enablement assets, applying systems thinking to reduce information overload and improve usability for time-constrained GTM staff.
  • • Communicate effectively across multiple mediums — including live sessions, asynchronous content, and digital platforms — to drive behavioral change and ensure key messages land with impact.
  • • Work closely with domain experts to align enablement programming with evolving product features, customer feedback, and market dynamics, ensuring relevance and timeliness.
  • • Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through data-driven insights, iterating quickly to improve adoption rates and sales performance outcomes.
  • • Serve as the first dedicated Sales & AI Enablement Lead at Omnea, shaping the function from the ground up with autonomy and ownership over strategy and execution.
  • • Use AI tools proactively in your own work to increase efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and model best practices for AI adoption across the GTM organization.
  • • Partner with HR and Talent to refine hiring criteria and onboarding experiences based on enablement insights and performance gaps identified across the team.
  • • Ensure all enablement content reflects Omnea’s commercial ambition, product excellence, and cultural values as outlined in company documentation.
  • • Support the integration of AI note-takers during interviews and internal meetings, as part of Omnea’s operational norms, unless explicitly opted out by the candidate.
  • • Operate within a hybrid work model: required in-office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the London office to foster collaboration and team cohesion during this critical growth phase.
  • • Contribute to building a scalable, sustainable enablement function that supports Omnea’s goal of becoming the global standard for enterprise procurement automation.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 3-5 years of experience in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment where communication, impact, and outcomes are prioritized
  • • Proven ability to design and execute sales enablement or similar knowledge-sharing programmes in a high-growth tech company
  • • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, knowledge management, or training delivery
  • • Strong systems thinking and organizational skills to manage complex information ecosystems and reduce information overload
  • • Excellent communication skills across asynchronous and live formats, with ability to drive behavioral change through compelling messaging
  • • Execution-focused mindset with balance between speed and precision to maximize impact across a growing GTM team
