This full-time role operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST and offers a competitive monthly compensation ranging from $1,000 to $1,500, commensurate with your assessed skills and experience. Your primary focus will be on meticulous lead management, proactive sales outreach, and the crucial task of appointment setting, all designed to support the successful sale of events and high-value coaching programs. You will be instrumental in ensuring that potential clients are effectively engaged and guided towards meaningful conversations with our high-ticket closers.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of sales support activities. You will be tasked with organizing and managing incoming leads with exceptional efficiency, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked. A significant part of your role will involve conducting proactive outreach through various channels, including direct phone calls, targeted email campaigns, and strategic re-engagement with our existing warm lead lists. This requires a keen understanding of sales messaging and the ability to adapt your approach to different lead profiles.
  • • A core function of this position is the precise scheduling of appointments, ensuring that all meetings are booked accurately and efficiently using provided calendar links. You will be the gatekeeper, ensuring that our high-ticket sales closers have a full pipeline of qualified prospects ready for their expertise. Furthermore, you will provide essential support for both low- and high-ticket sales calls, acting as a crucial link between the prospect and the sales team. This involves understanding the sales process and being able to articulate the value proposition effectively.
  • • Effective pipeline management and diligent tracking of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are paramount. You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date pipeline, accurately reflecting the status of each lead and opportunity. This data is vital for performance analysis and strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will contribute to refining our sales process by writing and optimizing scripts or templates for outreach, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in our communication.
  • • Finally, you will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth client journey by confirming appointments and conducting essential follow-ups post-call or post-event.
