• • The Sales Assist Representative role at Zapier is critical to driving customer acquisition and product adoption by guiding prospects through the sales journey using live chat, demos, and consultative engagement. This role directly impacts revenue by qualifying leads and converting customers in a high-velocity, remote-first environment.
• • Day to day, the representative will spend 4+ hours on live chat via Zendesk, conduct virtual demos over Zoom, manage email and call follow-ups, build and nurture a sales pipeline from product-qualified leads, and provide actionable feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
