  • • As a Sales & Business Development Representative at Deliveroo, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s footprint in the Monza region by onboarding premium restaurants and stores onto the platform, directly contributing to Deliveroo’s mission of transforming how people access food and products.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include mapping and prospecting new restaurant partners, conducting pitches and negotiations, supporting partners through onboarding, communicating via visits, calls, emails, and social media, addressing partner hesitations, and attending local food industry events to build relationships and market awareness.
  • • You will join a small, agile, and impact-driven team at Deliveroo, a technology-led company at the forefront of the global food delivery revolution, where autonomy, ownership, and innovation are valued and encouraged.
  • • In this role, you will develop expertise in regional market dynamics, refine your sales and negotiation skills, gain deep insights into the restaurant industry, and grow as a trusted advisor to business partners—positioning yourself for advancement within Deliveroo’s expanding commercial operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Comfortable with targeting new business and possessing prior sales experience
  • • Confident or experienced in engaging with partners/customers via face-to-face, phone, or email communication
  • • Skilled in demonstrating product and industry knowledge to clients
  • • Able to negotiate effectively and persistently pursue business opportunities
  • • Knowledge of the restaurant industry is a significant advantage
  • • Tenacious and resilient in overcoming objections and driving deals to closure
