- • As a Sales Compensation Manager at Perk.com Inc., you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing incentive programs that drive sales performance and support sustainable business growth in a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing sales compensation plans tailored to B2B SaaS sales teams, setting individual targets, issuing compensation statements, implementing and evaluating Special Performance Incentive Funds (SPIFFs), maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating plan changes effectively to stakeholders.
- • You will work within the global Revenue Operations team, collaborating closely with sales leadership, finance, and HR to align compensation strategies with business objectives, ensure compliance, and support a sales organization projected to grow to 500+ employees.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in incentive design, process automation, and data-driven decision-making while contributing to Perk’s mission of eliminating shadow work and empowering teams to focus on high-impact work.
