You will be responsible for managing a multi-state territory, cultivating relationships with dental practice owners, Dental Service Organizations (DSOs), hospital CEOs, Vice Presidents, and Director-level healthcare executives. Your primary objective will be to generate qualified leads, schedule strategic meetings and webinars, and ultimately secure signed contracts that expand M3 USA's footprint in the dental market.
  • • Your day-to-day will involve proactive outreach to potential clients. This includes identifying and contacting dental practice administrators, office managers, and hospital/practice leadership to understand their unique challenges, operational needs, and strategic recruiting efforts. Building strong rapport and trust with these individuals is paramount to uncovering opportunities where M3 USA's solutions can provide significant value and drive efficiency.
  • • A critical aspect of this role is the ability to effectively present complex information and articulate the benefits of our digital platforms. You will be expected to conduct compelling webinars and phone presentations, responding accurately to client inquiries and addressing any concerns. Your communication skills will be tested and honed as you navigate diverse client interactions, ensuring a clear understanding of our offerings and their potential impact.
  • • Territory management is a key responsibility. You will be entrusted with managing efforts across a 2–5 state territory, requiring meticulous organization and consistent follow-up. Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, prospect statuses, and sales pipeline activities will be essential for tracking progress and ensuring no opportunity is overlooked. Timely information sharing and diligent follow-up are crucial for nurturing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
  • • While this is a remote position, you will be required to travel within your assigned region approximately 5 days each month. This travel will be focused on face-to-face meetings with prospective clients, allowing for deeper relationship building and more impactful presentations. Your ability to manage your time effectively, both remotely and during travel, will be vital to your success.
  • • The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in healthcare business development, with a strong preference for direct experience in dental sales. You should be adept at identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach. Previous experience in inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, and cold calling, ideally with at least two years under your belt, will be highly advantageous.
