- • As a Sales Consultant (Remote) at Web.com Group, Inc. under the Network Solutions brand, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to establish or grow their online presence, playing a critical role in driving revenue by matching client needs with tailored website design and SEO solutions in a consultative, high-volume sales environment.
- • You will educate prospective and existing customers about Network Solutions’ site design services by actively listening to their business goals, explaining how custom website development can bring their vision to life, and guiding them through product options that align with their objectives and budget.
- • You will similarly educate customers on search engine optimization (SEO) services by assessing their current digital marketing strategies, identifying gaps or opportunities, and articulating how Network Solutions’ SEO offerings can improve visibility, traffic, and lead generation.
- • You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends to ensure accurate, credible recommendations that reflect the latest in digital marketing effectiveness.
- • You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills while managing a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions, including online inquiries, email follow-ups, and internal referral leads, adapting quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
- • You will consistently strive to meet and exceed individual sales quotas through persistent follow-up, persuasive communication, and a genuine passion for helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed online.
- • You will thrive in a supportive remote work culture where team leaders, coaches, and directors provide regular connection through virtual stand-ups, team chats, and MS Teams coaching sessions to ensure collaboration and professional growth despite geographic dispersion.
