- • As a Sales Consultant (Uncapped Commission) at Web.com Group, Inc. under the Network Solutions brand, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking to establish or grow their online presence, playing a critical role in driving revenue by matching client needs with tailored digital solutions such as website design and SEO services.
- • You will educate prospective and existing customers about Network Solutions’ site design services, taking time to understand their business goals, brand vision, and functional requirements to clearly articulate how the company’s design team can bring their ideal website to life through customized, user-focused development.
- • You will similarly consult on search engine optimization (SEO) services, assessing clients’ current digital marketing strategies, identifying gaps and opportunities, and explaining how Network Solutions’ SEO expertise can improve visibility, traffic, and lead generation in competitive online landscapes.
- • You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and industry trends through continuous learning, ensuring your recommendations are informed, effective, and aligned with current search engine standards and customer expectations.
- • You will demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, skillfully managing multiple conversations, adapting to shifting priorities, and prioritizing leads effectively while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach.
- • You will engage in a hybrid sales model combining inbound and outbound outreach, responding to website inquiries, email requests, and internal referral leads, speaking exclusively with individuals who are either existing customers or actively exploring how to become one.
