📋 Description

• As a Sales Coordinator at Astreya Partners, Inc., you will play a vital role in supporting the sales team to drive revenue growth and ensure seamless customer experiences in a remote-first environment based in India.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing sales pipelines, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating with internal teams (marketing, finance, and operations), maintaining CRM data accuracy, scheduling meetings, and assisting with contract preparation and follow-ups.
• You will be part of a dynamic, fast-growing sales organization that values collaboration, initiative, and results-driven performance, working closely with account executives and sales leaders to optimize sales processes and improve customer engagement.
• This role offers the opportunity to develop strong sales operations expertise, gain exposure to B2B sales cycles, enhance your CRM and data management skills, and build a foundation for advancement into sales, account management, or business development roles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting
