  • • As a Sales Coordinator at WEX Inc., you will be an integral part of our dynamic sales team, playing a crucial role in supporting Sales Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a leading global provider of payment solutions.
  • • Your primary responsibility will involve expertly responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery within two business days or as otherwise specified. This requires meticulous attention to detail and a thorough understanding of our product offerings and client needs.
  • • You will provide comprehensive support to Sales Directors, which includes assembling essential sales materials, offering in-office assistance when Sales Directors are traveling, addressing follow-up questions, and contributing to consultant calls and presentations.
  • • A key aspect of this role is managing the logistics of travel throughout the country. You will be responsible for planning and setting up your own travel schedule, making reservations, and coordinating all necessary logistics for meetings, demonstrating strong organizational and planning capabilities.
  • • You will act as a central point of contact, handling incoming phone calls and emails with immediate attention, aiming for resolution within four hours. This requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • • A deep understanding of the relationship between consultants, employers, and the Sales Team is essential. You will need to foster and maintain strong working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • • You will be responsible for educating and assisting all Sales Team members by answering their questions and providing product knowledge, ensuring the team is well-informed and equipped to serve clients.
  • • All inquiries must be handled professionally, courteously, and with a high degree of accuracy, promoting a favorable image of WEX through positive interactions.
  • • You will conduct research and investigate inquiries thoroughly, utilizing available reference materials to provide accurate and insightful responses.
  • • Adherence to strict confidentiality guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, is paramount, especially when handling sensitive client and company information.
  • • You will be expected to follow established customer service standards and contribute to a positive client experience.
  • • Staying current with industry trends and updates is crucial for providing relevant and informed support to the sales team and clients.
  • • This role involves conducting presentations and providing product training or demonstrations to new clients and participants, requiring strong public speaking and presentation skills.
  • • You will actively participate in monthly Sales Team development meetings, contributing to team growth and knowledge sharing.
  • • You will be responsible for tracking and updating channel and client contacts using our designated tracking software, ensuring data integrity within our CRM system.
  • • While travel is infrequent, typically 1-5 times per year for enrollment meetings, you must be prepared to travel as needed.
  • • A high level of emotional intelligence is required to navigate interactions effectively, whether working remotely or in the office.
  • • You will interact with consultants in a professional manner, taking immediate action to meet their requests and needs. Differentiating between exceptional and good customer service, listening effectively, evaluating situations, and exercising independent judgment are key skills.
  • • The ability to organize and prioritize work and schedules is critical. You must be able to effectively plan projects and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • • You will work to protect and foster strong working relationships with our channel partners and all internal WEX members, understanding the importance of collaboration.
  • • You will contribute to maintaining a secure and compliant work environment by adhering to all security policies and procedures.
  • • This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment while consistently delivering high-quality support and contributing to the overall success of the sales department.
