- • Assist in the prospecting, processing, and approval stages by gathering bank statements and other stipulations from customers and our sales partners.
- • Respond promptly to sales partners and customers to confirm renewal eligibility.
- • Support the renewals team with administrative tasks such as confirming current balances, sending copies of contracts, and other sensitive information to our customers and sales partners.
- • Problem solve with internal teams to figure out opportunities for process improvement.
- • Talk directly to sales partners as needed to discuss and share submission and deal details.
- • Assist customers in their understanding of our product through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
- • Build strong relationships within the sales team and across the company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Advanced English fluency
- • Interest in a sales support role.
- • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- • Proactive, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize.
- • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to grow within a sales organization.
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- • Exceptional organizational skills.
- • Top notch phone etiquette - working with internal and external partners.
