- • As a Sales Development Agent (German-Speaking) at Global Talent Co., you will play a pivotal role in expanding Sanity Group’s footprint in the European pharmacy sector by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential partners. Your work will directly contribute to the company’s mission of advancing cannabinoid-based wellness solutions through strategic B2B relationships, making you a critical link between innovative health brands and key distribution channels in a rapidly growing, regulated market.
- • On a day-to-day basis, you will proactively research and identify potential pharmacy partners across German-speaking markets, initiate outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn in fluent German, and clearly articulate the value proposition of Sanity Group’s pharmaceutical and lifestyle brands such as Vayamed and Grashaus. You will conduct ongoing market research to uncover emerging trends and partnership opportunities, maintain and update CRM databases with accurate lead information, establish and monitor KPIs related to lead volume, conversion rates, and outreach effectiveness, and collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation efforts with broader growth strategies.

🎯 Requirements
- • Native or professional-level fluency in German is essential for effective communication with European pharmacy partners and stakeholders.
- • 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, pre-sales, business development, or a related outward-facing role, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or wellness industry.
- • Proven ability to conduct independent market research, manage lead databases, track and analyze KPIs, and optimize outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.
