  • • Are you a driven and ambitious sales professional with a passion for identifying new business opportunities and a knack for engaging potential clients? ParcelHero, a leading UK-based parcel delivery price comparison site with a global reach and a rapidly expanding technology-driven platform, is seeking highly motivated Sales Development Executives (SDEs) to join our dynamic, remote-first team. This is an exceptional opportunity to be at the forefront of our exciting expansion, particularly with the upcoming worldwide rollout of our innovative Transport Management Solution (TMS), ParcelHero Pro, in 2025.
  • • As a Sales Development Executive at ParcelHero, you will be instrumental in fueling our company's growth by spearheading outbound lead generation efforts. Your primary responsibility will involve making approximately 200 cold outbound calls daily to targeted UK industries and verticals. This crucial outreach aims to identify and engage prospective clients, uncovering their needs and qualifying them as potential leads for our Business Development Executives.
  • • You will be the initial point of contact for many potential customers, setting the tone for their experience with ParcelHero. Your ability to quickly build rapport, articulate our value proposition, and understand customer pain points will be key to your success. This role requires a proactive and persistent approach, a deep understanding of sales principles, and the resilience to navigate the challenges of cold outreach.
  • • The ParcelHero Pro TMS is set to revolutionize how retailers manage their shipping. By enabling businesses to centralize all orders and ship using their own carrier accounts through our cutting-edge platform, we offer a powerful solution for streamlining logistics and reducing costs. As an SDE, you will be educating the market about this groundbreaking product and identifying businesses that stand to benefit most from its capabilities.
  • • Your day-to-day activities will include researching target companies and key decision-makers, crafting compelling call scripts, executing outbound calls, actively listening to prospect needs, and accurately documenting all interactions and lead information in our CRM system. You will work collaboratively with the wider sales team, providing valuable insights from your outreach to help refine our sales strategies and messaging.
