ParcelHero, a leading UK parcel delivery price comparison site with a global reach and a rapidly expanding innovative technology offering, is seeking highly motivated Sales Development Executives (SDEs) to join our dynamic sales team. This is a pivotal role where you will be instrumental in fueling our company's growth by proactively generating qualified leads and creating a robust pipeline for our Business Development Executives.
- • As a Sales Development Executive at ParcelHero, you will be at the forefront of our outreach efforts, responsible for initiating contact with prospective clients across various UK industries and verticals. Your primary mission will be to identify businesses that can benefit from our cutting-edge Transport Management Solution (TMS), ParcelHero Pro. This innovative platform, set to roll out globally in 2025, empowers retailers to centralize all their orders and ship using their own carrier accounts through our advanced shipping technology, all via a convenient monthly subscription.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a significant volume of outbound communication, with a target of approximately 200 cold calls per day. This requires a resilient and persistent approach, coupled with exceptional communication and persuasion skills. You will be tasked with researching target companies, understanding their current shipping challenges, and articulating the unique value proposition of ParcelHero Pro. The goal is not to close deals yourself, but to expertly qualify leads, ensuring they are a strong fit for our solutions, and then seamlessly hand them over to our Business Development Executives for further nurturing and conversion.

- • Conducting a high volume of outbound cold calls daily (approximately 200) to identify and engage potential new clients.
- • Researching target industries and companies to understand their specific shipping needs and challenges.
- • Clearly articulating the benefits and value proposition of ParcelHero Pro to prospective customers.
- • Qualifying leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our sales team.
- • Scheduling introductory meetings and calls for Business Development Executives.
- • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and lead interactions in our CRM system.
- • Collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
- • Staying informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- • Consistently meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- • Developing a deep understanding of our product offerings and their application to diverse business needs.
