- • As the Sales Development Flex Manager at ServiceTitan, you will serve as a floating first-line SDR Manager, stepping in to lead Sales Development Rep teams during manager absences or on high-impact projects, ensuring continuity and driving pipeline production across the organization.
- • Day to day, you will manage SDRs on objectives and activity metrics, conduct weekly 1:1s for coaching and accountability, mentor team members on outbound best practices, and motivate performance through recognition and incentives while staying current on sales strategies.
- • You will join a world-class Sales Development organization at ServiceTitan, a leader in software for service contractors, where you’ll gain exposure to multiple layers of leadership and contribute to building a high-performing, scalable SDR function.
- • In this role, you will develop your leadership toolkit across diverse team environments, gain strategic visibility with senior leaders, and achieve measurable impact on pipeline generation while growing your expertise in sales operations, talent development, and cross-functional collaboration.
🎯 Requirements
- • Direct experience as an SDR/BDR with applicable team lead or management experience
- • Direct experience in a closing AE role for 12+ months
- • Strong preference for 1+ years of sales management experience
- • Outbound-specific cold-calling experience—not just inbound lead handling
- • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is required
- • Experience with outbound cadencing tools (such as Nooks, Salesloft, Gong, etc) and associated sales enablement tech stack solutions strongly preferred
