- • As a Sales Development Manager at Limble CMMS, you will drive revenue growth by building and managing high-performing outbound sales teams while developing future talent for the organization.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include coaching and training Sales Development Representatives on prospecting, discovery, and account approach; conducting performance evaluations; setting and tracking KPIs; leading onboarding and ongoing training sessions; interviewing, hiring, and retaining top sales talent; and collaborating across Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations to align strategies for pipeline generation.
- • Limble CMMS empowers maintenance and facilities teams with intuitive CMMS software to optimize asset performance, streamline preventive maintenance, manage work orders, and improve operational efficiency across industries.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership expertise in sales enablement, team development, and cross-functional collaboration, with the opportunity to shape hiring practices, refine sales processes, and directly impact company revenue and team scalability.
