We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Sales Development Manager for the EU region to spearhead our outbound sales development efforts. - • As the EU Sales Development Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our outbound strategy. Your primary focus will be to identify and engage high-fit prospects, particularly within segments of developers, product teams, and digital experience leaders. This involves developing and optimizing multi-channel outbound strategies, leveraging email, phone, social media, video, and other innovative communication methods to connect with potential customers.
- • A key aspect of this role is the close collaboration with our Marketing and Product teams. You will work hand-in-hand to operationalize valuable signals, such as free sign-ups, in-product usage metrics, and trial conversions, transforming them into actionable outbound campaigns. This data-driven approach ensures that our outreach is timely, relevant, and highly effective, maximizing conversion rates and building a robust sales pipeline.
- • You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable training programs, comprehensive playbooks, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure consistent and high-level performance from the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team. This includes mentoring and coaching the team to excel in the critical intersection of data analysis, compelling storytelling, and flawless execution.
- • Furthermore, you will collaborate extensively with Sales, Revenue Operations (RevOps), and Marketing to meticulously define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), refine lead scoring methodologies, and optimize outbound sequencing. This cross-functional partnership is essential for ensuring a unified and efficient go-to-market strategy.
- • A significant part of your role will involve owning and iterating on the SDR technology stack. This includes managing and optimizing tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Common Room, and other relevant platforms to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in Sales Development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role at a developer-focused SaaS company or a Product-Led Growth (PLG) organization.
- • Deep expertise in outbound strategy, including the ability to tailor messaging effectively to technical buyers and understand their unique needs and challenges.
- • Proven track record of successfully scaling SDR teams within high-growth environments, demonstrating an ability to recruit, train, and motivate top talent.
- • Strong understanding of product-led funnels and the ability to activate outbound campaigns based on in-product user behavior and signals.
- • Experience selling a horizontal platform, engaging with personas such as developers, product managers, or digital experience teams.
- • Background in CMS, content infrastructure, or developer tools is a significant advantage.
