- • As the Sales Development Manager, you will be instrumental in building, coaching, and managing a high-performing team of outbound SDRs. Your primary focus will be on driving consistent appointment setting and ensuring the team's success in generating qualified leads for our clients. This role demands a leader who has not only excelled as an outbound SDR themselves but can also effectively translate that expertise into actionable coaching and strategic guidance for their team.
- • A core aspect of your responsibility will involve meticulous quality control and performance management. You will be expected to conduct regular call listening sessions, live call observations, and in-depth deal reviews. Through these interactions, you will provide clear, constructive, and actionable feedback to each SDR, focusing on refining their pitch delivery, optimizing their messaging, enhancing their objection-handling techniques, and improving overall call structure. Your ability to identify areas for improvement and guide SDRs towards best practices will be crucial for their development and the team's collective success.
- • You will be responsible for monitoring key performance metrics for the SDR team, including but not limited to, call volume, connection rates, meeting booked rates, and lead qualification accuracy. Driving continuous improvement against these targets will be a primary objective. This involves analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and effectiveness. Your insights will directly impact the team's ability to meet and exceed their goals.
- • Ensuring the consistent and effective execution of outbound processes, standardized scripts, and core messaging is paramount. You will be the guardian of our outbound strategy, making sure that every SDR is aligned with the company's and our clients' objectives. This includes refining existing materials and developing new ones as needed to adapt to market dynamics and client requirements.
- • A significant part of your role will be dedicated to the professional development of your team. You will support the onboarding of new SDRs, ensuring they receive comprehensive training and are set up for success from day one. Furthermore, you will provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to help each team member grow their skills, advance their careers, and achieve their full potential within the organization.
- • Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with senior sales leadership to ensure that the output of the SDR team is tightly aligned with broader pipeline generation and revenue goals. This involves regular communication, strategic planning, and a shared commitment to driving business growth. Your ability to bridge the gap between outbound prospecting efforts and ultimate sales success will be highly valued.
- • This position operates remotely and requires adherence to US Time Zones (EST–PST). You must be comfortable working in a fully remote setup, leveraging various collaboration tools to maintain seamless communication and productivity. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to effectively lead and inspire a remote team.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success as an outbound SDR with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets.
- • Prior experience in a leadership role such as Team Lead, SDR Manager, or Sales Manager, with direct people management responsibilities.
- • Demonstrated ability to coach effectively through call observation, providing detailed and actionable performance feedback.
- • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and consistent execution of sales processes and messaging.
- • Must have prior experience working in a remote environment and be fluent with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar).
- • Experience working with US or UK-based companies is non-negotiable.
