- • Lead and scale an outbound SDR team focused on appointment setting for global clients, driving pipeline and revenue growth through performance-driven leadership.
- • Conduct daily coaching via call observation, live monitoring, and deal reviews; provide actionable feedback on pitch delivery, messaging, objection handling, and call structure to ensure consistent quality and target attainment.
- • Partner with sales leadership to align SDR output with broader sales goals, refine outbound processes and scripts, and support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members in a fully remote environment.
- • Develop expertise in remote team management, sales enablement, and performance analytics while building a long-term career with a fast-growing global talent partner serving US and UK-based companies.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven success as an outbound SDR with a track record of meeting or exceeding appointment-setting targets
- • Prior experience as a Team Lead, SDR Manager, or Sales Manager with direct people management responsibility
- • Demonstrated ability to coach through call observation and deliver detailed performance feedback
- • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control and execution in high-volume outbound environments
- • Non-negotiable: Prior experience working remotely, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana), and experience working with US or UK-based companies
